Sungold Spelt Berries (2lbs)

This beautiful spelt comes from Ohio Till Farmstead, where it was grown on a second-year organic transition field with care and attention to soil health. Once harvested, the grain was professionally dehulled and cleaned, making it ready for home milling or hearty whole-grain recipes.

It’s nutty, mild, and full of character. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the flavor of an ancient grain grown close to home.

As with all of our Ohio Till Farmstead products, I pick them up directly from the farm and bring them straight back to our neighborhood, keeping your food as fresh, local, and flavorful as it gets.
